What we do
Careful work by hand, with a flat price agreed before we start. Small jobs are welcome.
Weeding and bed cleanup
Weeds out with the roots, dead growth cut back, beds left clean. Gravel, rock, and mulch beds included.
Leaf and debris cleanup
Front yards, side yards, back yards, and alleys cleared. Your green bin first; anything beyond it hauled away.
Hedges and shrubs
Hedges shaped, shrubs cut back, dead leaves taken off agaves and larger plants, clippings removed.
Planting, gravel, and mulch
Succulents and drought-tolerant plants set in, fresh gravel or mulch spread so the bed reads finished.
Lawn revival
For lawns gone yellow and patchy. Dead growth cleared, soil aerated, lawn fed, and a watering plan set so it can green back up.
Mowing and edging
Clean lines along walks and beds, and a lawn cut right for the season. One visit, or on a schedule.
Every two weeks
The plan that keeps a yard where the cleanup left it.
A cleanup gets the yard back. Regular visits keep it there.

I started ACRE in my own neighborhood, Pico-Robertson, after watching good yards slip because the person taking care of them stopped showing up.
ACRE is one person. I give the price, I do the work, and I text you the night before every visit. Before this I spent years in research, where the work had to be careful and measured, and I wanted to bring that to something I could see with my own eyes at the end of the day.
An acre is a measured piece of land. I think of every yard that way: something with clear edges that deserves to be kept in order.

Questions
The ones we get most.
Do I need to be home?
No. An open gate or a code is all we need. We text before we arrive and send photos when we're done.
What happens to the green waste?
We fill your green bin first. If a job makes more than the bin holds, haul-away is its own line on the estimate, so you see it before we start.
Do you spray weed killer?
No. Weeds come out by hand, roots included. If you want them to stay down, we can lay fabric under rock or spread fresh mulch, which does more than a spray would.
How do I pay?
When the job is finished. Cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, or bank transfer. Regular visits are billed once a month.
Is my job too small?
No. A single overgrown bed is a fine job.
Do you trim trees?
Low limbs and overhang, yes. Large limbs, tall trees, and anything near a power line need a tree service, and we'll tell you so rather than guess.
How far do you go?
We're based in Pico-Robertson and work the Westside, Beverly Hills, and the Valley. Text the address and we'll answer the same day.
